Job Description:
● The position requires an assertive person with upfront customer and market knowledge and

● Carry out analysis and provide detailed sales & service information for the client portfolio
and make reports to the Manager as and when required.
● Daily liaison with other members of the service teams to provide information and ensure
that customers receive excellent customer service.
● Noting and advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of
competitors to ensure company services and products remain highly visible and preferred by
customers.
REQUIREMENTS
● A Sales/Marketing degree, or a business related degree from a recognized university with
experience in sales, or diploma in sales or its equivalent will be considered.
● Must have a minimum 3 years practical experience in sales and marketing. (insurance or
services industry such as fumigation).
● Sales experience in B2B set up.
● Should be able to drive in those regions.

The successful candidate will undertake for the following responsibilities.
 Manage all accounting functions of the organization.
 Financial Planning and budgeting of the organization.
 Prepare management reports of subsequent month.
 Ensure all statutory are paid on time.
 Advice director on financial status of the organization.
 Manage debt follow up from customers and adherence to credit period.
 Bank reconciliations
 Debtors& creditors reconciliation.
 Prepare audit file and respond to queries raised by auditors.
 To raise mid-month invoices of current month timely.
 To raise end month invoices timely of subsequent month.
 Raise cash invoice every Monday.

DESCRIPTION
Overall purpose

Our client, an INGO, is seeking to recruit Project Officers, Food Market Systems, to be based in Multiple locations. The associates, in close collaboration with the Project Coordinator, will assist in the day-to-day operational delivery, implementation, and monitoring of the project, specifically focusing on tracking the progress and status of project activities. The associates will be involved in supporting the planning of the field activities and the administrative part of planning the activities.
The associates will play a support role in assisting the project coordinator to liaise with stakeholders within their assigned project components.
Tasks and responsibilities.

Project support, Planning and Implementation
•Support the project coordinator in the implementation of access, demand, enabling environment activities within the implementing counties.
•Managing the project schedule, activity plan and planning milestones, supporting the tracking of progress and deliverables from project partners, and implementing counties.
•Contributing to close collaboration with the Project Coordinator to the design, and planning of the scope, activities, and objectives of the project.
•Drafting the necessary project documentation during the design, planning and end-to-end implementation of the project as per the company’s Project Management Guidelines (PMG) i.e. results framework, work plans etc.
•Support in assessments proposal development.
•Support in developing relevant documentation including but not limited to monthly and annual reports as per the company, donor and government requirements.
